Winners 2024: Meet Salvacon MX

The Training Team of the Year Award recognises teams and instructors who deliver according to GWO standards and create high-quality learning experiences. At the 2024 Safety & Training Awards, five companies were commended for their efforts, with Salvacon Mexico standing out for its exceptional contributions in Latin America.

Since its inception in 2013, Salvacon has been instrumental in promoting safety and professional growth in Mexico’s renewable energy sector. With a commitment to quality and the maintenance of industry certifications, Salvacon is paving the way for a safer, more skilled workforce in the renewable energy sector. To reinforce practical learning, Salvacon has implemented a wind farm visit programme, enhancing the teaching of rescue and safety techniques while creating a more effective learning environment. An additional “Descriptive Letter” programme outlines the theoretical and practical exercises for each training module, detailing the use of equipment and tools.
