The Solar Training Standard Initiative (STSI) had its first Steering Group Meeting in London and online to map out the standardised training gaps and needs in the global solar industry.

Project scope

Two new solar standards have been developed to support workforce training for utility-scale solar sites. They are designed based on risk assessments and real incident data, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the solar industry. Input and comments on the standards can be submitted until April 4th.
