Project progress is determined by many factors. This timeline is updated to reflect approvals and gates in the relevant project plan.
Currently on track, finishing the design phase. Project was kicked off late 2024, with the timeline having been extended for deeper analysis and incorporation of industry feedback. The team is currently finalising the design and heading towards the development phase.
The review project is focused on improving the clarity and relevance of the standard, with a specific emphasis on isolation procedures as a critical safety element for individuals exposed to hazardous energies. The project also addresses overlaps with other standards and improves usability to better align with current industry needs.
