During the last two years, Nordex’s Division Europe achieved substantial HSE performance gains. This did not happen by chance. By introducing GWO training as a precondition for its employees and contractor personnel, the German OEM has minimised their risk of injury. The results are clear across multiple indicators: GWO training boosted safety performance and technicians’ availability while making its own employees and contractor personnel feel safer at work.
